Outbound engines for early-stage B2B

Your outbound engine.
Built in four weeks.

You built something people pay for. Now you need pipeline that doesn't depend on you finding time between everything else. Altiora builds your entire outbound motion from zero, then hands you the keys.

  • 4weeks, start to handoff
  • 1playbook your team owns
  • 0rented meetings

The problem

You're the CEO, the product lead, and the only salesperson. Outbound happens when you have time, which is never. And hiring an SDR without a playbook is the most common way first sales hires stall.

The 4-week build

One month. One engine. Yours to keep.

  1. 01

    ICP & targeting

Who buys, why they buy, and exactly where to find them. We start with your fastest-closing customers and find every company that looks like them.

    • Ideal customer profile
    • Buying triggers
    • Target account list
  2. 02

    Messaging

Angles tested on real buyers. Email sequences and call scripts that sound like you, built around the pain your customers actually feel.

    • 2–3 tested angles
    • Email sequences
    • Call scripts & objection handling
  3. 03

    Stack & launch

CRM, data, dialer, and sequences set up and live. First conversations on the books.

    • Tools configured
    • Sequences live
    • Pipeline stages defined
  4. 04

    Playbook & handoff

A documented playbook, a trained owner, and a review of what the market told us, so it runs without you.

    • Written playbook
    • Handoff training
    • Market feedback review

Why build, not rent

A lead-gen agency rents you meetings. Altiora builds the machine that makes them.

Who it's for

Built for founders still running every sales conversation.

A good fit

  • B2B, selling to other companies. SaaS first, but any B2B company with this problem.
  • Paying customers or real usage, roughly pre-seed with revenue through Series A.
  • Around 2–30 people, with sales still founder-led: inbound, referrals, and random bursts of outbound.

Probably not a fit

  • Pure consumer (B2C) products.
  • A sales team that's already hitting its numbers.
  • Looking for guaranteed results or pay-per-meeting.

Signs it's time

  • You're hiring your first SDR or AE. Before that hire starts, they'll need a playbook to run.
  • You raised recently. Now the pressure is on pipeline.
  • You just launched. Launch traffic fades. Outbound doesn't.
  • You finished an accelerator. Demo day is done. Now the growth targets are real.
  • You're hiring, just not in sales. Headcount is climbing, but every hire is engineering or product.

Why Altiora

I've walked into three different sales organizations and done the same thing every time: started from nothing, built my own playbook, figured out who needed the product most, tested messaging until it landed, and went from struggling to dominating. Most recently, I built a company's outbound function from scratch.

Altiora is that process, built for your company.

FAQ

Fair questions.

Can you guarantee meetings or revenue?

No, and no honest person can. Results depend on your product and market too. What's guaranteed is the work: a tested ICP, messaging, sequences, tools set up, and a playbook you own. And within weeks, you'll know what the market thinks.

Should I just hire an SDR instead?

You probably should, eventually. The question is what they'll run on day one. First sales hires often struggle when they're handed a CRM and a quota but no playbook. Altiora builds the thing they'd run, so the hire actually ramps.

We tried outbound. It didn't work.

Usually it's one of three things: the list, the message, or that nobody had time to stick with it. All three are fixable, and the 4-week build addresses each one directly.

Can't I do this myself with Clay, Apollo, and AI?

You can. The tools aren't the hard part. Knowing who to target and what to say is, and that takes focused time most founders don't have.

We sell to enterprise. Does outbound still work?

Long cycles make outbound slower, not useless. Most enterprise deals still start with someone reaching out to the right person.

Our product is too technical for cold outreach.

That usually means the messaging is too technical, not the buyer. Translating what you built into the problem your buyer feels is most of week two.

What if we're too early?

If you don't have paying users yet, a full build is premature. But outbound can still be the fastest way to test demand: reach a few hundred buyers and see who actually bites. Happy to talk through whether that makes sense.

What happens on the strategy call?

Thirty minutes. We talk about how you're getting customers today, then I walk through how I'd build your outbound: your ideal buyer and a first sequence. You'll leave with ideas whether we work together or not.
